What the heck is a B12 Happy Hour? It’s something you’ll find in Santa Cruz. I used to read about it in health magazines, but hadn't seen or heard of it anywhere else. B12 supports energy, sleep, mood, immunity, and metabolism, and it increases stress resilience. I started getting these shots after I started hot yoga and it definitely helped immensely, after feeling depleted in those hard classes. I feel more energized when I get this consistently. More energized, more rested, and I don't have as many cravings for sugar… Hmmm, am I starting to see a pattern here? Santa Cruz Naturopathic Medical Center is located in downtown Santa Cruz on Chestnut Street. It is a cute office that was once an old house. It definitely has character and a good vibe. Sometimes they have pop-up shops at the Happy Hour. It is usually something where local people can showcase what they have on offer, and these are generally health related. I want to give a shout out to the Doctors at this clinic. They are all really awesome and give great painless injections. Wednesdays from 3-6pm they offer this at a discounted rate.
