Gayles Bakery & rosticceria in Capitola has been around as long as I can remember. They have great food and bakery items cute atmosphere and delicious coffee. Lots of options here you can meet a friend and eat or grab something to go and enjoy at home. Today was a stop for something sweet and a mid day coffee.
Here is what they had on the menu today. I grabbed a strawberry shortcake cookie, a mini fruit tart, and a mocha. Everyting I have ever had from here is always excellent. Some of my other favs are, Teriyaki Salmon, Mac and cheese, teriyaki wings, chicken salad sandwich on a crossaint, grilled veggies, all of the fresh to go salads the salmon Nicoise is one of my favs, and you'll see for yourself once you go it will be hard to just choose one thing it is very dangerous but so delicious, check them out next time your in Capitola.
